1. 📦 Products & Services
Alynet Solutions specializes in the retail of:
- CCTV cameras and security systems
- Networking products (routers, switches, cables, etc.)
- Electronics including laptops, tablets, and accessories
- Vlogging and audio-visual equipment
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse service at our discretion.
2. 💳 Pricing & Payments
- All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES)
- We accept M-Pesa payments, Cash on Delivery (COD) for rider deliveries, and bank transfers for bulk orders
- Prices may change without prior notice due to market fluctuations or supplier changes
- Orders are only confirmed after full payment is received (for courier orders) or upon COD (for local delivery)
3. 🚚 Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days
- Free delivery is available for orders of KES 150,000 and above
- COD is available for Nairobi rider deliveries
- For upcountry courier deliveries, advance M-Pesa payment is required
- We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, but we will support tracking and coordination
4. 🔁 Returns & Exchanges
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase
- Items must be returned in original condition and packaging, unused and undamaged
- No cash refunds – only store credit or product exchange
- Return processing takes 1–7 working days
